FOR ALL NEW and RETURNING families, it's crucial that you complete the Annual Registration & Residency Verification process by August 9, 2025, to ensure a smooth start on your registration day. This is a mandatory step, so please log in to your CUSD Aeries Portal to complete Data Confirmation between August 2 and August 9, 2025. If the Aeries data confirmation is not completed by August 9th, there could be a slight wait on your registration day to verify residency, so please plan accordingly. 

ADDRESS CHANGE: If you have moved, your address must be changed by a school official, and you will be required to provide two forms of residency verification—please see the attached residency requirements page. The administration office will be open from August 4th through August 8th from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. to process your address change. 

SHARED HOUSING and FAMILIES EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS: Our office will be open August 4th through August 8th from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. to process the required documents. Please note that the annual registration and residency verification on your CUSD Aeries Parent Portal must be completed before we can process these forms. Attached, you will find the required documents and the requirements for each, with no exceptions. Don't hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions.
