CHS Registration Information

Hello Lancer Families,
We hope you are enjoying your summer and finding time to relax with family and friends.

Please read this email carefully, as there are several important updates to our registration process for the 2026-2027 school year.

Aeries Parent Portal will open on July 28, 2026, for families to complete Data Confirmation. We encourage all families to complete this process as soon as possible to allow our staff adequate time to review and approve documents before registration day. Early completion will help ensure a smooth and efficient registration experience for both you and your student.

Please review the attached Proof of Residency Requirements carefully. These requirements will be followed consistently for all families, and exceptions cannot be made.

Need Help with Aeries?

If you need assistance completing Data Confirmation through the Aeries Parent Portal, our administrative office will be offering support on August 11 - 14 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary—simply stop by during those hours. Please see the attached flyer for additional details.

Alternative Housing Verification

Families who qualify as shared housing or alternative housing must complete the residency verification process, in person, before registration. To assist with this, our office will be open August 10 - 14. We strongly encourage families to take advantage of this designated verification period. Residency clearance can be a lengthy process, and completing it in advance will help avoid extended wait times on registration day. Please review the attached registration letter and residency requirements carefully. These guidelines will be followed consistently, and all required documentation must be provided before clearance can be granted.

CHS Student Handbook

We have made several updates to the CHS Student Handbook for the upcoming school year. We strongly encourage parents and students to review the handbook together to ensure a clear understanding of what it means to be a Lancer and the expectations we have for all students on campus. The handbook also contains important information regarding school procedures, registration, attendance, activities, graduation requirements, and other valuable resources for families throughout the year.

Emergency Bucket Donations

As part of our campus safety preparedness efforts, we are updating our emergency buckets. Please see the attached flyer for information on how you can support this important initiative.
